WRITE A REVIEW

“Handbag left in hire car”

Yesterday we flew back to England but first had to return our car to malagarcar.com. Immediately a member of staff offered to drive us to the airport so no need to unload luggage into the shuttle bus. At Departures we unloaded but two minutes later my wife noticed she' left her handbag in the car... passports, boarding tickets, purse etc. Contacted the company and they said they'd deal with it as soon as the driver returned. No need! Within a minute he'd returned and was waving to me from the drop-off point with the bag in his hand. Did we check the handbag? It never occurred to us to do this as we were confident it would not have been opened.
We don't intend to make this a habit but in October this year we left a holdall full of expensive camera, tri-wetsuit and so on (read review) and it was spotted by a member of staff who kept it safe until collected.
Thank you once again for your staff being trustworthy.
