“Rear window replacement”

I was worried about timing as when I booked via AA website the gentleman booked me for Thursday 17 ( 5 days away) between 8 and 12 but had a text on late Wed aft stating 11.53 to 1353. I phoned to be told couldn't be changed I explained I had arranged cover at work for the morning and had to be back at work for 130. I am please to say the engineer arrived at 10.00 so all ended well. Well done and Thank you for changing time
