“Terrible experience, time wasting, no expertise, no...”

I have been through a right old song and dance with Specsavers and in the end am right back where I started without the glasses I wanted and having basically loaned £445 to Specsavers for several weeks and many hours of faffing a round which could have been better spent at work, home strolling in the park or at another opticians.. Went in to get a replacement to current prescription, Ordered three pairs of new specs. None of them wee the right prescription, tried three times to get it right then in the end just asked for a refund. SO frustrating and annoying and time wasting. They have no idea what they're doing and even though my records were right in front of them they had to be retold every time I went in. One of the employees actually shrugged when I asked why we had the wrong prescription yet again!
