After, being designated an advisor at start of application, as usual in your policy.
I spoke & dealt with a few companies, that claim to give the personal touch..
247 does that, & then some...
All advisors I dealt with , gave me that extra mile, ranging from message transfer to phoning me to relay what stage my application was at.
There's still a lot of paperwork to be processed, hope as we're in the 21st century , it'll get less & less.
Your security measures are 2nd to none, having me quote key questions to verify my identity before any details are given..impressive!
Price ranges of cars , mpv's, brands & price plans, upfront would have helped me also.
