“Dont fly Finnair”

Unless you enjoy spending close to an hour on hold and thereafter being told that nothing they can do after changing one of two passengers booked on the same flight to another airline - then Finnair is the airline for you.

Silly mistake on my part expecting service anywhere close to Singapore Airlines.
