Ordered a raspberry ripple bouquet for the birth of my grandchild. The bouquet was supposed to arrive with a pink bear and chocolates. The bear was not sent at all and only four chocolates (which cost £3.95!!). When I saw the size of the bouquet I was embarrassed that my son might think I might have bought a bunch of flowers from the supermarket that cost about £4.99 and had them delivered (with no bear and 4 small chocolates!!).
Customer Services refunded my money and I bought a large bouquet and a big pink teddy which I delivered myself. Would not use this company again.
