Take great care if using the service to Heathrow or Gatwick. Until recently if your flight home was delayed and you missed your coach you could change to a later coach for a £5 fee. Now they only give 15 minutes after your coach has gone then they cancel the ticket and you have to buy a brand new one. Effectively paying twice for the same journey. They offer at the time of booking that you can pay an extra £5 to be able to change for up to 12 hours of delay but charge you for both legs on a return trip therefore effectively charging £10. Totally unfair when the delay is totally outside your control
