“2 missed deliveries”

Purchased a suite from Harveys Furniture, told we would receive for Christmas. We were given a delivery date of the 12/12/2015 but only the armchair was to be delivered, even though part of the same range. We received a text confirming this. We then received a further call and text advising the rest of the suite would be delivered on the 14/12. Again this did not arrive. After much complaining we were given a further definite date of the 16th. This time it did arrive but was damaged and soaking wet. It went back and we told them to cancel everything and requested our deposit back. We are still waiting for this. The customer service levels are absolutely appalling, during our phone calls nobody could confirm where the furniture was or what was on the delivery vehicle. Tried on line, even worse nobody actually there, just give it a go. Ignore any offers you receive from these people and go somewhere else, please avoid at all costs, it's not worth the hassle and pain. I have given this a terrible score on the value for money. Paid for it but never received.
