“QUICK IN FULL”

My partner was unfortunate enough to fall ill on a 30 night cruise after 12 days while we were in port in Istanbul. The ship's doctor wanted him checked out in hospital which he was and discharged the next day feeling fine but the doctor did not want him back on board as we were about to go round many Greek islands with poor medical facilities (in case he got ill again). Staysure were great on the phone and arranged our flight home. We were impressed that they paid for the fares up front and also a taxi to meet us on arrival at Gatwick. I filled in the claim form and we were reimbursed all our medical expenses plus the 2 night stay at an hotel in Istanbul, plus the 18 days curtailment of the cruise. It is of course important to provide detailed documentation etc and I completed the forms with great care and accuracy but there were no quibbles at all. We were paid out in less than a month.
