“Rip Off Inflated Additional Costs and Poor Customer...”

Price for service quoted was good, car collected on time then on day of service was notified of a high additional cost for synthetic oil. No choice but to pay it as the warranty requires it. On making online payment they automatically include a fee to reserve your next service-the box is pre-ticked and you have to spot it to ensure you untick. On querying the oil cost afterwards had shoddy customer service. Was told the price for oil comes from the independant garage. Called the garage direct to be corrected on this as they say service stop have their own price list for extras. Oil price was 50% more than halfords autocentres charge to use synthetic oil during a service. Would not recommend due to the risk of being hit with inflated additional costs and woeful customer service.

Final note, any negative facebook posts on their site are removed plus any negative trustpilot reviews are reported by them as being breaches of Trustpilots terms. Not believe the star ratings on review sites therefore as Servicing Stop appear to have a team of people monitoring and censoring social media.
