Have just returned from a week at the so called flag ship site!! joke. Luckily we booked a privately owned caravan that was much cheaper and better quality,value than Haven. The parks so called facilities are VERY RUN DOWN,everything is VERY EXPENSIVE and a lot of the people staying very loud and only interested in getting drunk. Haven should be ashamed of this site and the charge they make for the entertainment passes. Some of the apartments look like an old cottage hospital and we met a family who had booked 2 weeks half-board that were leaving early!Do not waste your money on this park. Do go to Wales asit is such a beautiful place.
