“Would not recommend! ”

I would strongly advise against using this company due to the fact they do not find an mortgage based on your requirements.
I have have an number (more than 4 ) issues with this company, and been told in writing one thing to then get told another. They do not follow up in an timely manner and you end up chasing them for feedback. Each time we have been told something, they have then come back and told us, sincere apologies that was incorrect.
Get everything in writing from your adviser and make sure you follow up and do not sign anything until you are satisfied.
I am still waiting on the responses and this has left the exchange of the house delayed due to their incompetence of knowing their product and what they can and cannot offer.
