“Worst service ever!”

I wouldn't even give this company a star. I am appalled at my order, I ordered a whisky tumbler for a Christmas present and they had to send it four times, first order was a paper weight instead of a glass, the second order the personalised message was unreadable the third order had a huge chip in the glass. I shall never be shopping there again.
