“Not Good”

I wish I would have read these reviews first. I have ordered flowers from this company 3 or 4 times but never actually saw what was delivered because it was to family/ friends out of town. This time my friend sent me a picture to thank me and the arrangement that was delivered was not even close to what I ordered other than they were both Christmas arrangements. I couldn't believe it. I know it's not going to look exactly the same but there were different flowers, different ornaments etc. Now I'm embarrassed because I have no idea what the flowers that I have sent to people in the past looked like. I mean it's not like your mom is going to call you and say the flowers you sent looked terrible. The customer service guy was really nice and gave me a partial refund but I will not trust this company again.
