“Great customer service ”

Whilst great help and knowledge of finding the right supplier for our company, both in terms of cost and customer service, the actual switch has taken time as the previous suppliers have objected on more than once occasion to the switch. I would have liked a follow up call to check the switch had gone smoothly and if any problems.
