Hmm where do I start. When I had my accident, the lady I spoke to concluded I was at fault even though a motorcyclist slammed into me. Then they contacted the motorcyclist themselves asking if he wanted to claim and avoided contacting his own insurer to save on cost and they are still trying to say I was at fault even though everyone that has seen this has thought otherwise. Their excuse is they will assume the cyclist was within the speed limit even though the evidence suggests otherwise, and that they will assume I ignored the cars to my right even though I had a child in the car and wldnt have been so silly. Even the location of the damage on my car and the motorcycle suggest I wasn't in the wrong.
If you use Tesco insurance, you actually don't need enemies anymore cos they would do all they can against you just to save on cost. It's of more use burning your money than using them. Because of my experience, I've started advising everyone I know( socially and work colleagues) not to have any dealings with them. I don't even think they actually have ethics which is sad for such a big organisation. Their love for saving money on the expense of their customers will in the long run ruin them cos you can never under estimate the power of the tongue to spread the word of how you treat people.
Remember no organisation will last long doing this. I'd even get people to stop shopping at Tesco because if you act this way to customers for money, I can only imagine the type of food or products you'd be providing.
PS: THERE SHLDNT BE A STAR to rate them because they aren't even worth any.
