“Dire deteriorated service - avoid”

Easily used to be great, was exactly what you want from a company. I have been using them for over 15 years but the last couple of years the service has deteriorated to a point its just non existent. Emails and support tickets are ignored, demands for payment for renewals start 6 months before they are due, there are no warnings when email loads are about to exceed limits (they just get cut off and emails lost), self help information hasn't been updated for years and is out of date - the information on setting up Mac Mail was last updated in 2009! The spam filter hasn't been updated for years and the spam into easily hosted mailboxes is increasing every week.

Even if you try to follow their link on the webpage to rate them, the web page doesn't render properly so you type all the information and then you can't submit it!!! Sums Easily up at the moment. Avoid them like the plague and move your services elsewhere - maybe only then will they get the message.

Do yourself a favour and find another company - I'm not even sure there is anyone at Easily anymore the service is that atrocious.
