“bad service”

i applied burton's card when i went to burtons store i was accepted and and given 500 credit limit that's 3 months ago until now my card dose not accepted in all stores.
i contacted customers services and was told every thing was fine and card was activated so asked why dose my card not work no answer given few telephone numbers given.
after 3 months my online account is still alive and receiving statement regular but can not use card
