“overpriced and overcharged”

I bought tickets for Frank Sinatra show last January. the cost was £85 per ticket plus postage.I have just rung to see where the tickets are and told to print them myself. On doing so I have found they are £50 less than the price I paid and not good seats. I have contacted the company and awaiting a res[ponse. When I spoke to the operator she told me they pay above face value for the tickets. I think 350 per ticket is a rip off as the tickets are still on sale today.
