“Engineer & supervisor ”

My family and I were left without hot water and heating for 3 days. After contacting East Kent Housing Swale Heating were scheduled to come out the next following week on a Monday morning as early as 8am. The old boiler of 15 years was removed along with the water tank and a new boiler was fitted. All heaters were drained and new fixtures were fitted. The gas meter was moved as it was in an awkward position which was a nice gesture. The entire work was completed just after 2:00. I was also informed an engineer will come tomorrow to test boiler and fit some controls. The next day we had an engineer who had some boiler and heater fixtures to install. He was really helpful and explained how they work. Later on a Supervisor(I believe his name is Christian Green) had come to ensure the boiler was working correctly and had provided me with some manuals and useful advice of what to do if the combi boiler broke down. Generally, the Swale Heating employees who were assigned a job in my home did a great job and now we have a new boiler with hot water and heating. Thank you very much!!
