“Appalling customer service”

Ordered an item, after 2 days I was told that there was a payment issue. Checked with the bank who said no I problem so contacted again and ordered over the phone and was told the stock was still ok. The day it was due to be delivered had a call from them and they said would be the next day . After a week and about 6 phone calls ( They never return your call) I was told that they were experiencing problems with delivery from supplier. I checked stock in other stores and they show as available. They used to be a good company but I will never order from them again. If they told me at the beginning that the stock was low I would have been prepared to wait
