Everything was delivered before the installation. Started work really promptly on the day. Happy to progress work without interruption. Made every effort to keep house as tidy as possible given nature of work. Successfully overcame unexpected problem without resorting to coming back another day. Excellent logisitics - electrician timed to arrive perfectly once boiler installed. Friendly polite worker, pleasing to have supervisor arrive to check quality of work and return a week later as well for followup review. Very pleased.
