Good Points
Very stylish, powerful machine, quieter than my old one but not exactly silent. Excellent for large scale cake mixing, have not tired bread dough yet.

Bad Points
Flex is far too short. Bowl is misfitting, have waited 6 months for a repalcement, no sign yet. Kenwood aftersales service pretty poor.

General Comments
Kenwood Major KM005 - I am generaly very pleased with this having had a Kitchen Aid and a Kenwood before I find the Major much easier to use than the Kitchen Aid.
