“Bletchley to NEC”

I was with a disabled friend on the 29/11/15 waiting on platform 3 to catch the 09.21 to birmingham international as it was showen on the info board, 2 minutes before the train was due they changed the platform to 5 this meant we have to use the lifts to get to platform 5 by the time we had done this the train departed .we then had to wait an hour for another train on the bridge in case they did it again it was cold my friend was upset also myself .I am an ex railway signalman and know they could have given more time to inform us of the change the other passengers had to run also so as not to miss it I have been told that this has happened before not only here but on other stations on the london midland .
Bring Back British Rail
