“Sore eyes”

I bought BootS Amazing Eyes Pencil in Deep Purple a few weeks ago. Within a few hours of wearing, my lids were stuck together, my eyes red and sore. Not sure if the reaction was due to the eyeliner or overuse of my contact lenses, I did not use the eyeliner again and left my lenses out for a few days.
Yesterday, without contacts, I applied the eyeliner again. Today, my eyes are painful and red and my lashes glued together.
I have NEVER reacted to eye makeup before.
Just saying.......
