“Non delivery Interlink”

I was sent a text to tell me that my parcel would be delivered between 0700-2000, thought it was odd that I hadn't been sent a hour time slot, so I checked online. Online it said that there was an accident on the M25 and delivery would be the following day, later received a text to say would be delivered that day. After waiting all day at 7pm called Interlink, to be told that they hadn't tried to deliver it due to the M25 accident. It was back at the depot and would be sent out today, when I looked online later it said delivery had been attempted at 1215 and no-one had been there to sign for it and was returned to the depot. No delivery attempt had been made, it was a complete lie! Today I face yet another wait for a very expensive Christmas present to be delivered, hopefully will arrive undamaged, I do usually try to avoid ordering with companies that use Interlink or Uk Mail just shows I should have trusted my instincts!
