Good Points
I have been with them for 7 years now, and found that they are open to persuasion in reducing costs. I have had to make two claims, and in both circumstances they have been very professional, courteous and prompt with all correspondence. I would definitely recommend them to all.

Bad Points
I have yet to find one, other than some others are cheaper, but you get what you pay for at the end of the day.

General Comments
This company is underwritten by Churchill insurance, and they have been very professional in the seven times I have re-insured with them. Over this time I have had to claim twice, and both times Prudential home insurance organised everything. They organised the survey within a couple of days, and the labour soon after. I didn't have to go and get quotes from local people, which takes the hassle out of things. I am very fussy and in the building trade, and the workers that have come to my house were all top drawer. This has been great! I am unlikely to change as long as they stay relatively competitive. I look around each year and negotiate with them if they are a little high with the renewal costs. Top class company.
