“Good product, poor customer service”

I am more than happy with my Jacket from Go Outdoors. However, the service was terrible! The company who GO contract to deliver the goods did not try to deliver to my address on the day specified. I had to wait all day for the delivery and no show. I went online to check what was happening to be faced with a lie suggesting there was an attempted delivery at a time I know I was sitting waiting. I phoned GO, as they took my money, to be told that someone would be in touch. Yes, you have guessed it, that never happened! In short, GO cost me a day's pay.

Probably best to avoid buying online from GO until they address their postal contract with UKMail. I will not be buying anything else from them, and encourage others to follow suit. There are plenty other outdoor shops offering goods at the same price - use them.
