After not getting my lablet on time I emailed them asking for a refund to tell me its on its way. Then they said item would be another week.asked for a refund numerous times to then be told I have to send item back to get a refund. I asked for a refund before item was dispatched. Why should I mess about sending back something I don't even want. I would never recommend this company.awful customer service.
