I needed to make a reasonably complex booking and had pretty much worked it out from the Travel Up website earlier. When the time came I decided to call the number given and there was our agent. He took down the details, said he would need to check a few things and asked if he could call me back in 5-10mins. He called me back as promised with the information. We went through it over the phone. He sent me an email version to check and confirm, which I did. He rang me back again to discuss next steps. Sent me the invoice which I paid using their secure payment system. As soon as I had paid the invoice he rang again to advise that that the e-tickets would be with me by COB next day (and they were) and to also note that I would be transiting through USA and so would need an ESTA in place before I went. Attention to detail, quality of service, genuine interest in the customer and a great price! Thank you Travel Up
