Sales staff were great, but both sofas were delivered damaged (big tear in the fabric on both). We contacted sofaworks within 5 minutes of the delivery driver leaving (he'd refused to stay while we checked it over) and they were unhelpful and extremely rude (we were told "well it's not faulty, you can still sit on it" and "if you'd just bought a new car you wouldn't moan about a little scratch would you?").
It has taken us three months and the threat of legal action to get the issue resolved. They don't answer emails, never return phone calls, and when you do get through to them they just tell you they can't help but would you like a free Neil?
AVOID!!!
