I sent my mobile phone Samsung to be sold.I was quoted sixty pounds based on model and condition.I was expecting the full amount as I considered the phone to b in a very good condition.Then I received an email stating that the phone was faulty,raised touchscreen and I would only get £20 if Iaccepted the offer.I asked for the phone to be returned and I sold it today in a well known shop that buys goods for cash for £65.
