“Excellent Everest Windows and Service”

We had the whole of our fitted with new windows, front door and patio doors. The old ones ( not Everest ) had been in for 30 years and were past their sell by date ( leaking and broken catches etc. ). From the salesman through to the finished product the service was very friendly, professional and efficient. The fitters worked very quickly over three days and cleared up any mess at the end of each day. At the finish there was a problem with the patio door lock and one window handle was scratched. The fitter contacted the local installation manager who promptly arrived and effected a temporary repair as a new part was required. A couple of days later an engineer arrived and fixed the door lock, and also replaced the scratched window handle. During and after the installation we have received telephone calls from both the installation manager and customer service to check that we are happy and everything is going to plan.
