“lettingts nightmare”

hello i let my flat in colchester through william H Brown
& there management arm sequence,From day one i have had
nothing but problems, the tenants paid one months rent
and after where constantly in arrears, in July they
stopped paying altogether, i had to take court action
to get my flat back, which is in the most disgusting
state imaginable, throughout this very stressful time
william h brown where totally unhelpful, despite my
repeated requests they refuse to give me details of inspections
carried out even ignoring letters stating formal complaint.
This is the worst letting agent i have ever encountered,
they are just interested in taking your money & doing
nothing for it,avoid them & avoid a nightmare experience
