“SUPER FAST...ISH BROADBAND”

Have just left Virgin media after 14 years having swapped and changed my services over the years.
Firstly can I say the customer service in my experience has been fab. If I ever had an issue it was sorted asap! and when EVER i was tempted to leave they gave me great discounts. For example there standard 50mb broadband only price is £28.50 and I was getting it for £17 not bad considering I didnt have to pay line rental.
I have had the tv as well in the past and its ok..not as good as sky and certainly more expensive and of course dosnt have SKY Atlantic which is one of the flagship channels. So I dropped the tv and now have NOW tv for a fraction of the price.

Overall I'd say they were reliable but slightly over priced compared to there main rival Sky but there Broadband is better on the whole.

ps only left Virgin as moving to a non Virgin area!
