“Worst cleaner ever”

I employed them to do end of tenancy cleaning in my flat and move in cleaning in my house. Both were of terrible quality. Shelves were not cleaned, floor was dirty after being suppositely mope.... The list is very long.
On top of it, I paid for cleaning of outside of windows and that was not done. I could not explain to the cleaner as she did not speak any English. I have emailed and rang the manager who was rude and unhelpful.
I had to reclean the flat and house after they came.
AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
