The process of downloading the Jaguar Emanual, was a complete farce for the average computer user. Had to have it downloaded remotely after trying to follow the on line instructions. Got a message from remote IT chap saying download was completed. All I got was Windows XP with blank pages in the manual. Basically nothing. They asked for my comments on the process of buying the manual, but even that was just too complicated
