“Scam. Avoid.”

This company is refusing me a refund and not even giving me the option to cancel my trip to Paris after all the Paris terrorist attacks. Obviously that city being an extremely dangerous destination right now and this being an extremely sensitive case, Wowcher is refusing any refund and not even tried to understand my query. Also they are trying to get £300 from me to re book the ticket for next year on February. So I feel I'm part of a scam that is trying to take me £600+ for a 3 day trip to Paris.
