WRITE A REVIEW

“Straight forward and friendly company”

I particularly liked the helpfulness of the staff, always upbeat and friendly, a real credit to the company. I liked the cost savings and the ability to choose how much risk and hassle I could offset.
Paying us the rent straight away was a plus and quite a surprise to be honest. You would normally wait till the second month with most letting agents.
There was very little downside for us so far, if I could suggest one thing it would be perhaps an email based explanation of what is going to happen step by step through the process perhaps set up for your different packages.
Being a first time landlord, I would like to have known each step in advance so I could be prepared for the next step without having to ask or look through your Website.
This was a minor observation and would not in any way stop me from recommending you to anyone.
