“Slow, not a local shop as advertised”

Computer failed, could not be booted up at all. I thought it was going to a local shop but it turned out the PC had to be collected and sent up North somewhere. I needed a bar code label which of course I couldn't print off because I had no PC! This had to be sent on by an external agency. Finally collected after several days and finally fixed and returned but it all took too long and the expense of sending the item elsewhere by courier made the whole job far too long and expensive. If the shop says it is based locally then the job should be done there not sent away or at least one should be warned of the additional time and expense beforehand.
