Ordered blinds through a sales rep who must not have listened to a word I said and when delivered they are not the blinds I wanted at all! Hillarys will not take them back and refund me any money and I am currently following up with a dispute with them to attempt to recover some money. Complete waste of time and £700.
They have no complaints procedure to speak of and absolutely no aftercare service. I've been told it's tough basically and they will not look at my complaint further. I have never even revived a full invoice for whatmmy purchase (despite chasing) nor any kind of written response to my complaint. There are so many bad reviews on them, I only wish I had researched them better before using them. Never ever again. Very untrustworthy company and awful to deal with when things go wrong.
