“The Best Service I Have Ever Had.”

Firstly TalkTalk's website is in my opinion the most user friendly site on the whole internet.. colourful easy to read fonts and is logically laid out.

Ive been with them 7 years, first for my internet/phone service, then TV and then Mobile. All services have been exceptional, especially the TV which was miles better than the rickety BT service.. again with programmes logically and well thought out.

Sure, Ive had to call customer services occasionally (sometimes when setting up a new service).. and sure, theyre based overseas in the Phillipines, however the service is just as good or easy to understand as any northern call centre in the UK. Recently there was a BT fault with the line and TalkTalk liaised with BT seamlessley and I was up and running again in only a few days, which in my experience is exceptional for a non business service.

The receprion and operation of all the TalkTalk supplied equiptment is first class. Their prices are as competitive as any you will get, but you certainly get more than you pay for, which is very unusual in this age.

Now saying all this, I just pray they dont 'modernise' their website or anything else, just for the sake of it as most services do, lol.
