“DO NOT USE - TERRIBLE SERVICE ”

I used this company to purchase a bottle of wine for a 60th birthday present.
I ordered it within good time to arrive and went through a process online which seemed fairly easy.
Much to my disgust the day it was meant to arrive nothing arrived. I was left £70 short with not wine for my present.

I contacted the company to which they responded it’s not their problem it was the delivery company. I contacted the delivery company to which they said I needed to contact the provider.
I tried to chase wine memories and was told they was sorting a report with the driver within in 24 hours. NOTING at all happened and after 3 emails being completely ignored I had to take my own further action but recalling the money.
DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER THIER CUTOMERSERIVCE IS OUTRAGIOUS. Don’t expect any response when they have your money they DO NOT CARE in the slightest.
