Happy how I got my pack to send off really quick, easy instructions I was also happy that I didn't have to to pay to send anything off, once the phone got sent I was able to track my phone and once it arrived I got an email saying my phone had been received. Finally once my phone had been checked and passed they told me a date when my money will be in my account overall I'm happy with the service provided
