“Rubbish service”

the day after we went to eygpt all flights were cancelled, the only contact we had from low cost was one email to tell us to contact our air line, the resort rep didn't want to know he told us he was a tour rep to sell trips, he told me that our flights and transfers had been booked independently, I told him I booked with low cost my contract was with them, I was told I had to ring to change our transfers, the email from low cost gave an emergency number but no one answered, the number we were given to contact the transfer company on the documents from low cost was no longer in use the rep did find us the correct number to ring once we had our new flight confirmed, the hotel just told us that low cost would contact them if our flight was to be delayed to extend our stay I had to try and explain that this was not the case and that they needed to contact easy jet to be paid upfront for the extra time, they would not do this,. The support we had from low cost was non existent would I use them again no, would I recomend them no. Before we left I had a email saying have a great holiday but that email also said we had no luggage booked my booking also said no luggage booked next step was panic and ring them I was told no luggage on system I had to quote the date I received an email stating I did have baggage for someone to check, they then rang easy jet to confirm yes I did have baggage booked explanation a hick up with the computer system.
