“Item sold unavailable anywhere”

Sold an item and took payment, website said available for collection in 30 minutes, 5 hours later, was told in store that the item was out of stock, contacted customer services when at home to be told the warehouse was out of stock and they would have to issue a refund. I then check the website to find my stores stock levels had been changed to not available, how ever all other stores were showing stock. I rang around 4 of these stores to be told they also were out of stock. Feel this was a deliberate ploy to entice customers with really cheap deals of items they didn't not have in an attempt to sell other items. First time shopping with them and also the last. Would not recommend to anyone.
