“TNT should never be used by anyone.”

I wish there was a way of giving less than 1 star. TNT are the slowest, worse courier service out there. Packages turn up like they have been used in a game of football and then months down the line the receiver may receive a bill for charges incurred. For example I had something delivered from abroad by TNT (not my choice of shipper - I will NEVER use TNT) and three months after I receive a bill for handling and customs charges. The receiver of a package from abroad should have the option of refusal if they deem the charges higher than the worth of the package. TNT just dump the parcel on the doorstep with no ticket, no explanation and then send a shocking bill 3 months later. US government charges should be paid, but the importer shuold have this decision. TNT should not be trusted.
