I called to find out whether you had received both my insurance forms as I had had a letter saying that one of the claims I had made wasn't enough to claim on therefore had been rejected. When I called to explain that this was part of a bigger claim the lady I spoke wasn't helpful and told me I'd have to wait to see if this would now be accepted. It wasn't and so I was left out of pocket for nearly £300! This is some thing that I could not afford right now and believe that the other claim should have been accepted as was they were both part of the same claim as explained! I should at least be owed the £63 that was on that form. I am not impressed that this clearly wasn't looked at in more detail and the lady who I spoke too clearly wasn't interested in me explaining it to her! I will have to stay with yourselves now but I would not use your insurance company again.
