I decided to try kickboxing for the first time and I am so glad I found ILKB! Awesome gym & great staff. They keep you motivated and you truly get a great workout while having a blast! I am constantly looking forward to my next class.
The facility is clean, they have a growing flexible schedule, and the trainers are helpful and knowledgable making sure you get the most out of your workout. I absolutely love this place and recommend it to others no matter what your fitness level! Best workouts I've ever had!!!
