Flowers that I ordered as a Get Well were not delivered.
Only because I decided to track the order, having received no thanks which was unusual, I discovered a query about the address (there was a slight error in the postcode which could have very easily been sorted).
Could so easily have paid up the money and never known that they had not received the flowers.
Don't know why M&S use Yodel, evidently not trusty.
No contact at all from either M&S or Yodel during the week, to sort out the query or to tell me there was a problem.
Money quickly repaid by M&S making me think that this is a common occurrence - don't assume that the delivery has taken place - awkward if it is a surprise gift.
Wish I had known that all the claims on freshness, speed of delivery etc. not true and that the M&S name does not signify quality of service in this case.
